- The staff are amazing, special thanks to Mr. Tomas on the front desk. - The room is huge and clean. One of the best. Also the room service is v. good. - The animation team are very active all day long and funny. - The food is okay in terms of variety and taste, not bad and not good, except Tuesday and Friday are v. good.

the hotel is decent size. so big that we needed a wheelchair for my partner which the hotel had one for us to borrow for our whole stay. we stayed at room 3401 which was perfect and was a spacious room staff from management to reception down to lifeguards and restuarant staff and cleaners were all very polite and helpful

Hotel was nice, big, clean. Food was excellent. Staff were nice, particularly restaurant staff. We used the facilities at the hotel salon and spa. Staff were accomodating to our needs for privacy. Our room was lovely, was garden facing, room was big and great size. Wifi was excellent also.

Everything was very good, it was a wonderful experience that I want to do again, The staff was very nice, special thanks to Ahmed in the reception, and all thanks to all the staff for making this stay exceptional, I highly recommend this place.
